Long Term Clients

We are fortunate to have assisted a number of large service organizations in developing affordable multi-family housing on multiple projects.  Over the years, we have consulted on projects for these developer-clients in multiple states and with multiple financing structures and sources.

We also serve new developer clients with services tailored to their needs and staffing levels.  We serve non-profit as well as for-profit developers in new construction, renovation of existing housing, or conversion of non-residential structures to housing. 

In recent years, we have collaborated with Gateway CDFI ( gatewaycdfi.com) on a number of projects.
